♡BEGINNER YOGA

 Find your Practice. A introduction to help you understand your body and to make it your yoga.  Explore each pose and find your own personal expression of each pose

♡VINYASA STRENGTH YOGA

Build a stronger you. A Hatha Style class for strength with a focus on core. Matching breath and movement to strengthen both the mind and body. 

♡RESTORATIVE YOGA

Soothe your nervous system using a restorative practice. By resting in fully supported poses for 5 to 20 minutes we  work on the parasympathetic nervous system to find rest and relaxation. This encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

♡YIN YOGA

Care for your joints. Works on all of the plastic tissues in our body like joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia. We move into a pose, find stillness and settle in for a time of 1 to 10 minutes. This adds stress to the tissues and helps to make them stronger, while increasing range of motion and bone density. Meditation and Pranayama are integrated into the practice to bring a holistic approach.

♡YOGA NIDRA

The Yogic Sleep to allow your body to slow down, rest and restore.  Using guided meditation and working with the Panchamaya system; Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual systems to bring you to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage.  There is evidence that yoga nidra helps relieve stress.

We bring focus to our core and strength using functional fitness patterns that help us move through the life we want with ease. Using Tabata style body weight movements that allow you to move through the workout and a pace appropriate for where your body is at in the moment. Modifications and progressions are offered for every movement, allowing for this class to be for every body.

Choose from an In-person pre-registered Series or choose a class from my growing online library. I even offer private sessions of one or two persons. Whether you choose in person or online you are sure to find a style and length to serve you in your life style and practice.

Yoga for the Soul

At Soul Warrior Yoga and Fitness, we celebrate the light within each of us. I provide various styles of yoga and fitness with a wide range of yoga classes and fitness offerings. My Studio is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow. A Little about Me

My name is Charlotte.  I have been married for 25 years and have a 22 year-old daughter and 19 year-old twin boys.  I discovered fitness later in life as a coping mechanism and discovered my passion. My life journey is helping others find their path through moving their bodies. From breath to movement, I believe that we need to use functional fitness patterns to help create our best life before we move onto the next. 

 Oh and I love my dog almost more than life itself...hence the very first photo on my website.

Charlotte has been an amazing addition to my cancer care plan. I have learned how to get myself into positions where I can actually sit relatively pain-free. The mental side of what Charlotte has taught me has also been extremely helpful in dealing with my anxiety surrounding my diagnosis. Prior to my diagnosis I have attended sessions with Charlotte on a more intermediate level. I found her to be extremely knowledgable and sensitive to any limitations I might have. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone that is looking to add a yoga practice to their routine.
